Inspired by a feeling of isolation and longing for closeness during the COVID lockdown, the film portrays people who have found a home and a sense of belonging in Berlin’s queer, sex-positive scene. Through empathetic interviews, topics such as loneliness, desire, sexuality, identity, and the importance of consent and self-determination in interpersonal relationships are explored. In gentle, flowing images and with impressive soundscapes, the film celebrates the diversity of human intimacy.
