Sometimes, Ortwin Passon says, he talks to himself about a future already past. About times he never expected to see. Ortwin is HIV+ and lost numerous friends and his partner to the disease. Today he works on a doctoral thesis on the criminal relevance of barebacking. André Krummel’s documentary is a touching portrait of Ortwin’s everyday-life of voluntary work for the Federal Agency for Technical Relief and excessive chemsex parties.
