Frig

This one is for those impressed by the influence of Derek Jarman’s visual aesthetics and Pasolini’s poetic perversions in Antony Hickling’s previous films. In three chapters Hickling stages poetic collages of brutal sexual fantasies, symbolic rites of passage and visual contrasts. Along with copious quotes from art history, FRIG embraces elements of poetry, painting, performance, dance and post-porn.
