Influenced by Pasolini’s COMIZI D’AMORE, theatre director and actress Eleonora Danco traveled back to her hometown Terracina in Italy for her debut film and interviewed the locals about personal, intimate details of their lives. The result is a captivating, poetic film that shows much love for its protagonists and a sensitive, humorous approach. Most intense are Danco’s interviews with her own father, equally critical and affectionate.
